The Ocean Microwave Dual Polarized Horn Antenna series cover the frequency range from 1 to 2 GHz and is designed for the measurement of antennas in the MW range. The ODPA-1020 antenna covers the L bands

While intended as receive antennas, the ODPA-1020 can be used as low power radiators, with a maximum continuous power handling capability of 50W.

Tow connectors input permit simultaneous measurements for both horizontal and vertical polarizations for linearly polarized electromagnetic waves. By using an additional 90-degree hybrid phase shifter, the antennas may be used to transmit or  receive circularly polarized electromagnetic waves.
